Following presence of
Olympus Stylus Tough TG-850, Olympus also presents two new camera device that target different segments. Olympus OM-D is E-M10 and Olympus Stylus SP-100EE are ready to break the market with distinctive features Olympus in order to compete with its competitors.
Olympus OM-D E-M10 comes with support for Micro Four Thirds sensor measuring 16 megapixels. This sensor collaborated with engine TruePic image processor VII and Fast AF up to 81 focus points.
Olympus OM-D E-M10 also comes with an electronic viewfinder plus support for landscape screen measuring 3 inches with a depth of up to 460k points. Fun on the screen can swivel up to 45 degrees which offer image capture from a low position. In addition, the device is also completed with 3-axis image stabilization.
Reportedly in the sales package OM-D E-M10, Olympus includes electronic power zoom lens 14-42mm. Switch to Olympus Stylus SP-100EE, this camera is equipped with the capability of up to 50x superzoom lens with equivalent focal length 24-1200mm and has been collaborating with the lens-based image stabilization.
Similar to the Olympus OM-D E-M10, Stylus SP-100EE also completed with an electronic viewfinder and screen dimensions measuring 3 inches in the front. The main facilities of the Stylus SP-100EE is buried BSI 16-megapixel camera sensor and image processor TruePic VII engine with the ability to record video with a resolution of 1080p.
